Selected services
A small number of clearly scoped pieces of work for situations where you need a defined starting point rather than an open-ended consultancy brief.
Independent cross-functional review
For organisations that have already committed resources to something new and want to know whether the pieces really fit before investing further or scaling.
Typically includes:
Review of key evidence and existing material
Structured conversations across teams and disciplines
Stakeholder input where relevant
Site visit where useful
Cross-functional testing of assumptions, dependencies and gaps
Findings session with the relevant team
Agreed priorities and next steps
Typical scope:
Around 5–6 consulting days
From £3800
What I test
Is the objective and use case clear? Is there a theory of change?
Do the science, data and evidence support what is being proposed?
Have the right stakeholders and users been understood?
Do standards, claims and delivery plans line up?
Are teams working from compatible assumptions, with clear ownership and dependencies?
Where could gaps between workstreams become risks later?
What happens next
The review ends with a cross-functional findings session and agreed priorities for what needs attention next. It can stop there, or I can stay involved to help shape the roadmap and support delivery.
I don't replace the specialists working on the initiative.
I test whether the specialist work connects into one coherent, workable whole.
